Executive Health Assessments
Keep your key individuals working effectively, build their resilience and develop them as leaders for a healthier culture across your organisation.
Our Executive Health Assessments are designed specifically for executives and key staff. These people are an essential group, typically exposed to pressures like long hours, an absence of regular routine, travel and high stress decision making.
To fully identify work, lifestyle, medical, physical and psychological health risks, a comprehensive health assessment is essential. Blood tests and personal histories are taken, and a comprehensive medical consultation is conducted with a doctor and exercise physiologist.
Each participant receives a detailed report on the day. This includes all test results, a prioritised list of identified health risks, recommended action plans, information resources and referral letters to GPs and specialists as required.
Following completion of a comprehensive questionnaire and full blood tests, there is a detailed 2.5 hour medical consultation with a doctor and exercise physiologist in a Ford Health assessment centre covering the following:
A review of the risks related to work practices, fatigue and burnout
A detailed assessment of diet, activity levels, smoking and alcohol intake
A medical assessment and consultation in the areas of:
Reports & Referrals
