Doctor Led Risk Review

Spend 30 minutes with an experienced doctor to review the medical components of your pathology and questionnaire results. The following is included in a Doctor’s Consultation with Ford Health:

• Conducted by qualified Ford Health Doctor
• Review of Medical history, questionnaire and pathology results
• Discussion of Medical profile, Mental Health or Family History
• Advice, action plans and specialist referrals issued where required

Please note – the doctors consultation is designed to review the results of your pathology, biometrics and questionnaire and not as a replacement for a trip to a GP.  For any illness, scripts or general medical support please see your GP.
