Ford Health’s Telehealth solution is designed with the objective of ensuring that no employee is disadvantaged by location, disability or culture, which may otherwise preclude them from participating in a workplace health assessment. We have developed innovative solutions and systems to address this.
This option is designed to provide participants with an understanding of their health risks as they relate to them and allow them to begin to make informed decisions about their future health and wellbeing.
Workplace Health Assessment – Via Telephone consultation – includes the following components:
- Measurement of the key health indicators for working people – work, lifestyle, medical, physical and psychological health risks
- Venous pathology collection prior to the assessment to measure Total Cholesterol (HDL/LDL, triglycerides) and glucose
- Medical and family histories are assessed
- Followed by a telephone consultation with a Health Consultant (30 minutes)
Personal Health report with test results, a prioritised list of identified health risks, recommended action plan, health information and resources
