Resilience Training Course
Resilience is a skill that anyone can develop. This program aims to improve your staff’s resilience and attitude in the workplace.
A resilient individual will have an effective stress response to deal with the challenge or adverse event, will recover back to baseline psychological wellbeing afterwards and will be able to continue to move forward, participate well in life and continue in personal growth.
The Resilience Series is an initiative that takes place over four weeks for groups of up to 20 participants.
Participants are invited to attend one seminar per week for four weeks that will each cover a different range of topics. During these one hour sessions, the practitioner will take a collaborative approach and work with the group to investigate a range of topics that cover the Foundations of Resilience, Resilience Building, Adaptation and tools for Recovery and Sustainability.
