Sleep Wellness Course
Although most of us know that proper diet and regular exercise are important for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, many underestimate the value of sleep. Adults need between seven and eight hours of quality sleep each night, although individual needs may range from five to ten hours. When you go to sleep, your body goes to work re-energising and preparing for the following day and studies indicate that sleeping less than this has an impact on productivity and presenteeism.
The Sleep Wellness Course is an initiative that takes place over four weeks for groups of up to 20 participants.
Participants are invited to attend one seminar per week for four weeks that will each cover a different range of topics. During these one hour sessions, the practitioner will take a collaborative approach and work with the group to investigate a range of topics that contribute to a good night’s sleep as well as engage in practical activities and tools to make change.
