Cancellations Policy

 

At Ford Health, our priority is the health and wellbeing of our clients. We understand that sometimes circumstances can change, meaning schedules might need to be adjusted.

If you need to cancel your appointment, the following charges may apply:

Health Assessments:

  • No charges apply if if there is 5 or more clear business days before the scheduled assessment time.
  • 25% of total assessment fee will be charged if there is less than 5 clear business days before the scheduled assessment time.
  • 50% of total assessment fee will be charged if there is less than 2 clear business days before the scheduled assessment time.
  • 100% of total assessment fee will be charged for a same-day cancellation as the scheduled assessment time, or no-show.

On-Site Programs:

  • Cancellation Fees apply inside of 10 days of the scheduled activity, but fees vary depending on the type of program.

Please understand that appointment times are limited. When you book an appointment, you are holding a time on our calendar that is no longer available to other clients.
